1-1/2 lb. pork
2 Tblsp. cornstarch
3 Tblsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 (13.25 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 small onion
1 med. green pepper, cut in strips

Directions:
Directions:
Toss pork and cornstarch in bowl, stir in remaining ingredients except green peppers. Cover, microwave 25 minutes, stirring two or three times. Add green peppers. Microwave 5-10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
When I fix a big batch, I just put it in a crockpot overnight all together all at once.
I also use a bigger can of pineapple chunks.
