1½ lb super lean ground beef
½ c bread crumbs
¼ c skim milk
salt and pepper to taste
¼ c chopped onion
1 egg beaten
1 can beef consomme

Directions:
Directions:
Soak bread crumbs in milk, add meat, onions, egg and salt and pepper. Form into balls. Heat skillet will canola oil. Add meat balls. Brown on all sides. When browned add beef consomme to pan. Simmer about 20 minutes.

Serve with rice.
