Shredd 1 head of lettuce & place in bottom of large glass bowl
Layer thinly sliced red onions [sweet onion]
1 c chopped celery
1 can cut up water chestnuts
1 pkg frozen peas
Frost with Miracle Whip
Sprinkle shredded Mazarellla cheese mixed with Parmesan

Sprinkle with bacon bits
Garnish with tomato wedges & hard boiled eggs
