2 pounds ground beef
40 oz. dark kidney beans
1 can light kidney beans
2 cans beer
28 oz. crushed tomatoes
1 package chili mix
4 tablespoons dried onions
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chili powder
tabasco to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in pot, drain and let cool. Drain beans and add to meat. Add chili, mix in beer and tomatoes. Add dried onion, cayenne pepper, black pepper, chili powder, and 4 shakes of Tabasco sauce. Simmer on low heat for one hour. Flour can be added to thicken.

A favorite of Grandpa's which was often much too spicey for the average taste bud. A great recipe to serve on a cold day.
