4 eggs 4 c low fat milk
1 c sugar 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg
4 c french bread cubs 1 c raisins

WHISKEY SAUCE
1 tsp cornstarch 1 c sugar 1 c low-fat milk
2 Tbl margarine 14 c bourbon

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk eggs & milk in 2 qt casseole until blended.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Let stand for several minutes.
Microwave, un covered, on high for 20 min or until knife inserted in centers out clean.
Serve with whiskey sauce


Whiskey sauce:
Whisk together first 4 ingredients in 11/2 quart casserole.
Microwave on high for 4-6 min or until sauce is thickened & smooth, stirring every 2 min.
Stir in Bourbon Yield 11/2 cups
