1 C Butter
1 1/2 C Sugar
3 Eggs
3 1/4 C Flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 C Mincemeat
1 C Chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

Cream together first 3 ingredients. Sift the next 3 ingredients. Add sifted ingredients to the creamed ingredients, mix well. Add the mincemeat and nuts, mix well. Drop by teaspoons onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until light brown.
