1 cup cut up onions
1 Tbl butter
1/2 lb chicken livers
1 - 3oz cream cheese, room temperature
2 hard cooked eggs, guartered
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp crushed thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter until tender — approximetely 15 min.
Add chicken livers, saute until onions & livers are browned, approximetly 5 min.
Pour into blender
Add remaining ingredients
Cover
Blend at low 1 1/2 min, stopping twice to scrape sides of jar
Chill
Yields 1 2/3 cup
Serve with crackers
