2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 ¼ cup butter
2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup coconut
1 cup raisins
4 cups special k cereal
Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
Then add eggs and vanilla.
Mix in all dry ingredients. Including coconut and raisins.
Finally stir in special k cereal.
Bake on ungreased baking sheets at 375 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.
