1# crabmeat 1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 cup cracker crumbs 1 Tbl lemon juice
1 tsp Worchestire Sauce 1/2 cup minced onion
Dash hot sauce Dash Cheyene Pepper
1 tsp dry mustard 2/3 cup melted butter
salt pepper
Butter for topping 1/2 cup cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Remove all cartilage from crabmeat
In a bowl, mix first 12 ingredients lightly but thoroughly
Put mixture in 6 indiviual shells or Ramekins or 1qt casserole
Sprinkle with cracker crumbs then dot with butter
Bake at 375º for 15-20 min or until browned on top
