4 egg whites [room temperature] 1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vinegar 1 c vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites, vinegar, salt until doubled and foamy.
Add sugar gradually & beat constantly.
On greased & floured cookie sheet make 8 circles of meringue.
Bake in preheated oven 250º for 1 hour.
Turn oven off and cool thoroughly.
Cover with cool whip or whipped cream & slice Kiwi, bananas, strawberries or any other fruit you wish.
