1 ½ lbs. flank steak – slice & cut into chunks
1 can (10 ½ oz) beef broth ¼ cup soy sauce
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 can sliced mushrooms (drained) or fresh mushrooms sliced
1 can sliced water chestnuts (drained) ¼ tsp. ground ginger
1 can bean sprouts – rinse & drained
3 Tlbs. cornstarch mixed with 3 Tlbs. water
Pea pods (fresh or frozen)

Directions:
Directions:
Put first SEVEN ingredients in covered crock pot on LOW for 5-7 hours.
Then turn on HIGH and add cornstarch & bean sprouts for 15 minutes covered.
Add fresh or frozen (partially thawed) pea pods last 5 minutes.
Serve over rice or noodles.

Note: Chicken can be substituted in this recipe but use chicken broth.
