2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 T. vanilla
2 3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated zucchini

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour 3 small or 2 large bread pans. Combine first 4 ingredients. Add rest of ingredients in the order listed. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-75 minutes or until toothpick comes clean.
