8 slices bread, cubed
1¾ c. shredded cheese
1 lb. bulk sausage
6 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1½ c. milk (to mix with eggs)
½ tsp. salt
1½ T. prepared mustard
1½ c. milk (to dilute with soup)

Directions:

Please bread in greased 8 x 10 or 9 x 13 pan. Top with cheese. Brown and drain sausage and place on top of cheese. Beat eggs with milk and mustard and pour over top. Refrigerate overnight. In morning dilute soup with milk and salt. In morning dilute soup with milk and salt. Pour over all. Bake at 350º for 60-90 minutes, or until puffed and brown on top.
