3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. + 1 T. half & half or milk, split
1 T. sugar
1½ c. whipped cream
9 oz. graham cracker pie crust
2 (4 serving size) vanilla pudding - instant
16 oz. pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. ginger
¼ tsp. cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, 1 T. half & half & sugar with whisk until smooth. Gently stir in whipped cream. Spread on bottom of crust.
Pour 1 c. half & half into bowl. Add pudding mix & whisk until blended. Let stand 3 minutes.
Stir in pumpkin & spices, mixing well. Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
