1 cup white sugar
¾ cup butter
¼ tsp. salt
4 tablespoons mild molasses
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. ginger
1½ tsp. baking soda
2 cups flour
1 egg
Powdered sugar for rolling

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and set in fridge for 2+ hours.
2. Roll into small balls. Roll each ball into powder sugar.
3. Bake at 350º for about 12 minutes.
