1 lb flank steak, cleaned and trimmed
½ cup honey
2 Tbs chipotle chilies in adobo, minced
2Tbs Dijon mustard
¼c lime juice
¼ c vegetable oil
1 Tbs Lime Zest
3 ea garlic cloves, minced
¼ tsp allspice, ground
½ tsp cumin, ground
TT salt and fresh pepper, ground

Combine all of the ingredients, except the flank steak, and mix well. Pour over the steak and let marinate for at least one hour, or overnight. Grill over high-heat to medium rare (120 degrees in center), let rest, and thinly slice on a steep angle, against the grain.
