1 pkg Lean Ground Turkey
1 ea Spanish Onion, small dice
2 ea Bell Pepper, small dice
3 ea Garlic Clove, minced
2 ea Canned Diced Tomatoes (soup can size)
2 cups Canned Pumpkin
1 ea Canned low-sodium Black Beans
1 ea Canned low-sodium chicken broth
1 ea Small Can Chopped Green Chilies (in taco aisle-can is smaller than tuna can)
1 ea Bag Frozen Corn
2 ea Bay Leaf
TT Cumin
TT Chili Powder

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, heat 2 Tbl of vegetable oil.
Brown the turkey and remove from pan. Discard all but 2 Tbl of the fat.
Saute the onion, pepper and garlic in the fat. Once tender, return the turkey to the pot along with all of the remaining ingredients.
Simmer at least 30 minutes, preferably over an hour.
