2 cup Seeded raisins
2 cup Cold water
2 tbsp. Lemon juice or vinegar
2 tbsp. Cornstarch
¾ cup Brown sugar
½ tsp. Salt
1½ tsp. Cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:

Combine all ingredients, bring to a boil, stir 2 minutes. Pour into pastry lined pan. Cover with top crust and brush with milk. Bake at 450º for 25 minutes.
