3lb Carrots cut into thick slices 1 med pepper cut into chuncks
1 med. onion , sliced or into chuncks 1 c sugar
1/2 c vinegar 1/2 c oil
1 - 10 oz cream of tomato soup 1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper 1 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots without salt til tender; drain
Boil vinegar, sugar, oil & tomato soup; take off heat & add salt, pepper & mustard.
Pour over drained carrots, onion & pepper.
Optional: add 1 tsp Worchestire Sauce
Keeps well in refrigerator
