Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. (2 sticks) butter
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 eggs
2 3/4 c. chunky peanut butter
9 c. oatmeal
4 tsp. baking soda
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 lb. M and M's
6 oz. nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla together in very large bowl. Add eggs and continue beating. Blend in peanut butter into the batter. Add oatmeal and baking soda. Stir to mix. May have to use your hands at the end. Fold in chocolate chips, M and M's and nuts.

Fill 1/4 c. measure with dough and place on greased cookie sheet. Press down a bit to flatten somewhat.

Bake at 350 degree oven for 12 minutes or till light golden brown. Take them out when slightly soft and let sit on pan for a few minutes to firm up. If you take them off too soon they will crumble apart.

These cookies are gluten free as they have no flour in them. I often cut the recipe in half to make it easier to mix. The recipe came from Jean Davis.
