Drain tuna, add mayo, peeled and diced egg cut up, sweet pickle chunks, combine all ingredients and add salt and pepper to taste.

Nanny made the best tuna salad sandwiches with lots of lettuce (nanny loved lettuce) on white bread. She never used sweet pickle relish , but instead used sweet pickle chunks, the egg in it was so yummy!
