1 lb. sausage
2 C. sliced mushrooms
1 C. finely chopped onion
1 C. finely chopped celery
4 tbsp. butter
1 16 oz. package Pepperidge Farms Stuffing (not cubes)
¼ C. chopped parsley
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp, pepper
2½ C. chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage until no longer pink. Discard grease. Cook celery, onions and mushrooms in butter until translucent. Add to the cooked sausage.Stir in chicken broth, parsley, salt, and pepper. Add stuffing and mix lightly. More chicken broth can be added if you prefer a moister stuffing. Spoon stuffing mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350º for 40 - 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
