1 c. Shortening (1/2 c. Crisco and 1/2 c. butter)
1 c. Sugar
3 Eggs
3 1/2 c. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening well. Add sugar & eggs, beat well. Blend in dry ingredients & vanilla. Roll out on a flat surface and use cookie cutters. Bake at 375 for 6 to 8 minutes.
