6 Zucchini
1 bag of frozen stuffed spinach(squeeze the water out )
2 cups shredded old cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 onion minced
1 tsp Paprika
salt and pepper to taste
10 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled

Wash ,trim and cut zucchini length wise. cook in the microwave for 6-8 minutes cool and remove Seeds before adding other ingredients.
Mix together spinach, cheese, sour cream, onion, paprika, salt and pepper.
Put mixture into zucchini and add bacon on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
