Cake:
2 C. Flour
2 C. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Cinnamon
3 Eggs
1 ½ C. Oil
1 C. Walnuts
2 C. Shredded Carrots
½ C. Drained, Crushed, Pineapple

Frosting:
1 pkg. of Cream Cheese (3 oz)
1 ¼ c. Confectionary Sugar
½ C. Butter or Margarine
⅛ c. pineapple and ¼ c. chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and bake at 350º for 1 hour in a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.

Forsting: Mix well by hand until fluffy - add ⅛ C. drained pineapple and ¼ C. chopped walnuts.
