CRUST: 2 cups flour
1 stick butter
2 T. sugar
2 eggs
pinch of salt
lemon zest
Press into removable bottom form.

FILLING: Grate 6 to 8 Granny Smith apples.
Sauté apples with 1 cup raisins in some butter.
Add 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon.
Cool and pour into crust.

TOPPING: 2 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar.

Pour topping over the apple mixture and bake cake in in 375º oven for 45 min.
