1/2 cup light tasting olive oil 1/2 cup salad oil 1 T. fresh minced garlic 3 T. lemon juice 1 tsp. oregano leaves 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. ground pepper 1/2 cup Romano cheese, grated 2 T. chopped parsley
Puree in a blender for about a minute and keep stored. Serve with a mixture of Iceberg and Romaine lettuce with a lemon wedge.
