2 tbs. each of Dried Tarragon, Dried Basil, and Dried Marjoram
2 tbs. each of Dried Chervil, and Dried Parsley.

Directions:
Directions:
Use on baked, broiled or grilled fish. Mix with butter and bread crumbs for breading fish or shellfish. Add to soups and chowders.

Although blends are meant to be flexible increase/decrease herb
amounts gradually and taste test judiciously. Too much tarragon,
for instance, puckers your lips and tongue to make for an
unpleasant culinary experience.
