3lb Jimmy Dean Roll Sausage (3 rolls)
3lb Italian sausage minus casing and crumbled
4 loaves of white bread
6 large spanish onions chopped fine
Head of celery chopped fine
4 cups College Inn Boxed chicken broth
Tsp or more Poultry Seasoning
Tsp or more Thyme
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil

Bundt
Pam
Half cup of turkey ‘drippings’

Day 1:

Shred the bread into tiny pieces, air dry--tossing every few hours.

Day 2:

In a large pot, saute the Sausages add the spices and chicken broth and set aside.
In another pot saute the onions and celery in vegetable oil until translucent.
Add sauteed vegetables to sausage mixture.
Add the bread to the mixture, stirring until stuffing is moist.

Day 3 or later on Day 2:

Spray a Bundt pan with Pam.
Place Stuffing in the pan and add turkey ‘drippings’.
Pack down the Stuffing.

Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
