2 packages of ground turkey (or chicken)
1 box instant stuffing
That’s it.. super easy

Preheat oven to 425º
Mix turkey and stuffing mix together. Form mixture in loaf pan.
Alternatively, you can also make meatballs. I make what my kids call turkey muffins, because I make big meatballs and cook in my muffin tin.
Cook until done.
