In a good sized bowl, cream together: 6oz package cream cheese
4 Tb powdered sugar
2 Tb milk
In another bowl whip 1/2 pint whipping cream with 1 tsp vanilla.

Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mix.

Pour into crust and spoon cherries on top and chill.
