Ingredients:
Ingredients:

1/4 C Blue Cheese ( a good quality one)
4 C Real Mayonnaise
1 head of garlic peeled and crushed
1 tsp lemon juice
Dash of garlic salt
1/2 whipping cream - add cream to preferred thickness

Directions:
Directions:
If available add fresh herbs such as thyme, sage, oregano, garlic, and chives.
When adding fresh herbs, be careful. Let dressing sit for awhile to get tastes to marry, then see if you need to add more.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I kept adding more herbs without letting it sit. By the time I let it sit I had added too much sage.

This makes about 1/2 a gallon of dressing. You can downscale the recipe.

I do not like blue cheese dressing, but this homemade dressing is wonderful. It is almost like ranch dressing.
