2 C Flour
1/2 t Salt
4 t Baking Powder
1/4 C Sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 C Vegetable Oil
2 C Milk
1 t Vanilla

Oil the Waffle Maker

Sift dry ingredients together in large bowl.

In separate bowls, separate egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form.

Mix together the egg yolks, milk, oil, and vanilla. Stir slightly.

Add to dry ingredients and mix well.

Fold in egg whtes.

Cook in waffle iron on medium-high heat for around 5-10 minutes.

Cooking time will vary depending on your waffle maker. Mine took about 4 minutes.

Don't add to much batter to your waffle iron, if you do it will over flow and make a big mess. I use about 3/4 cup.
