6oz low fat or nonfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 C canned pumpkin (100% pure)
1/4 C egg beaters (or 1 egg)
4 oz skim milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp brandy extract
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp pumpkin spice
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1pkt stevia
cooking spray

Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.

Mix with electric mmixer-all ingredients.

Pour into custard cup coated with cooking spray.

Loosen sides in cup with knife

Cool in cup for about 30 minutes

Chill in refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving
