6 C skim milk
1 C egg beaters
2 t vanilla extract
2 t rum extract
zero calorie sweetener to taste (stevia is a good choice)
2 x pinch nutmeg

Directions:

Heat milk, egg beaters and sweetener in a medium saucepan.

Stir continously until mixture thickens sightly.

Stir in the vanilla extract, rum extract, one pinch of nutmeg & one pinch of cinnamon.

Remove from heat.

Garnish with an extra little sprinkle of groundnutmet & ground cinnamon.

I did all these low-fat recipes before I realized how healthy full fat is (as long as it is the healthy fats). Full fat milk is much better for you, especially if you can find it fresh. Thankfully I did.
