1 package flounder fillet (fish must be thawed)
1/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper
2 limes, need the juice
1 garlic clove crushed
Minced green onion
1/8 C olive oil
1/4 C sliced almonds
1 Tb butter

Heat oven to 425 degrees

Arrange fish in a shallow baking dish.

Season with salt and pepper.

Blend together lime juice, garlic and oil. Brush over fish

Bake for 8-10 minutes; baste with juice several times during cooking. Sprinkle with onions half way through the process.

Fish is cooked when it becomes opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

Saute almonds in buttter until golden brown.

Serve fish with almonds sprinkled on top.
