4 C raw grated cauliflower
4 eggs
1/2 T garlic powder
1/2 T sea salt
1/2 T oregano
4 T flax seeds or chia seeds. (make sure, if you use flax, to use ground flax seeds. If you don't you will not get any nutritional value from the flax seeds. Our bodies cannot digest them, but if they are ground our bodies will get the nutrients from the flax seeds)

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Whisk all ingredients together.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper & spray with cooking spray.

Using a 1 cup measuring cup, scoop out and shape in a circle.

Cook 10 -12 minutes, flip and cook another 10-12 minutes.

You can make this instead if using a tortilla wrap. Its pretty good.
