This is one of those recipes where I go by the taste.
Italian seasoning
Sea salt
Pepper
Fresh garlic cloves ( I like to use elephant garlic and I will use 1 - 2 cloves)
Onion
Bell Pepper (I like to use the red and orange ones)
Mushrooms
Olives (Whole or sliced)
Tomato sauce (If you can find it Pomi's is best. It comes in a box.)
Hamburger meat
Italian Sausage ( you decide on what type of meat you can use. I prefer sausage)

This speghetti sauce is one of the ways I got you kids to eat all your veggies :).

Take all the veggies (except the mushrooms and olives) and tomatoe sauces and put into a pan. (You might need more than one box of tomatoes and sauce)

Put in a generous amount of Italian seasoning. Maybe start with 3 Tablespoons, (even though I think I use more than that) and increase after that.

Bring it all to a boil, then turn it down and let it simmer for awhile. I let it simmer until all the veggies are incorporated into the sauce. While it is simmering taste it, see how it tastes. If it tastes bland add more Italian seasoning and garlic, this is where I will also add some sea salt and a little pepper.

Once everything in the sauce is incorporated brown the meats. Also add some Italian seasoning to the meat. Once the meat is done add this to the sauce or visa versa, also add the mushrooms and olives. Let it simmer for about 1/2 an hour for all the flavors to marry. And viola you have a yummy spaghetti.

Spaghetti squash: just cut it in half, this is very hard due to it being a hard squash. Put the open parts face down in a pan with a little water and bake in the oven about 425°F until it is soft. Just check it after about 25 to 30 minutes

If you happen to have a child or grandchild that doesn't like their vegetables, you can cook all the vegetables to a very soft stage and blend them to a liquid. I would add the tomato sauce to this mixture.
