1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese , softened
⅓ cup powdered sugar
1 egg, seperated
½ tsp. vanilla or almond extract
2 packages (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 c. cherry pie filling
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp. milk

Preheat oven to 350º.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and extract together until smooth.
Separate crescent roll dough into 16 pieces.
Reserve four pieces pf dough and arrange the other 12 pieces on 15-inch Baking Stone
Seal perfoation of dough using Dough and Pizza Roller, leaving a 3-inch circle in center of stone.
Pinch tips around inner ring to form rim.
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over dough.
Top with pie filling.
Press perforations on reserved dough to seal and cut lengthwise into eight strips.
Twist each strip and lay over filing like spokes on a wheel.
Fold dough over spokes around inner and outer edge. Brush dough with beaten egg white. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Combine powdered sugar and milk together for a glaze. Pour over coffee cake. Serve warm.
