1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup white sugar
½ cup flour
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup butter

Directions:
Slice peeled apples and spread into a buttered oven proof dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and white sugar and toss to coat the apple slices. Combine brown sugar, flour, and butter to make a crumble. Sprinkle over apples. Bake uncovered in a 350º F. oven for 35 minutes or until the apples are cooked.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Depending on the sweetness of the apples the amount of white sugar can be reduced. Pat's short cut is to use applesauce and just cover with the crumble and bake. Spy apples are excellent for this but may not be readily available.
