This elegant appetizer is a wonderful start to any dinner party. It's best to have the apple/walnut mixture on the stove and ready so that when your guests arrive the brie is ready to come out of the oven then top and serve. Best with a white wine such as Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc or Riesling.
