1 can Carnation evaporated milk
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 t vanilla
6 ripe bananas
1/3 cup flour
Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Get a pan and line with Nila vanilla wafers
Separate eggs
In a double boiler, add egg yolks, milk, half of sugar, flour and dash of salt. Stir over water.
When ready, add vanilla.
Pour over bananas and cookies.
Beat egg whites, add remaining sugar and spread on top.
Brown in oven.
Serve cold.
