2 med pork chops or pork steak
1 med. onion
1 15oz. can hominy
1 15oz can tomatos chopped
1 4oz can chopped green chilis
1/2 tsp.garlic salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Trim meat from bones and cut to 1/2 inch squares.
In lightly greased 3 quart saucepan or large skillet fry the meat until lightly browned.
Add onion just before meat is done and cook til onion is tender.
Add all ingred. including juice from cans. Do not add any additional liquid.
Bring to a slow rolling boil and continue cooking 15 min.
Serve hot in soup bowls.
