Potatoes cut into french fries
1 lb. ground meat
1 8oz cn. tomato sauce
1 pkg. schilling chili seasoning
Cheese grated
Salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste

Potatoes may be deep fried while meat mixture is being prepared.
Brown ground meat, sprinkle salt, pepper,and garlic salt over meat.
Drain off excess water and fat.
Add pkg. seasoning.
Add tomato sauce and 1 can water.
When fries are done put on plates and spoon meat mixture over top.
Sprinkle cheese over top and serve.
