10-15 cucumbers-sliced, or diced
fresh dill
onions, sliced
grape leaves
1 qt. vinegar
1 c. water
½ c. salt
1 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Soak cucumbers in very cold water for 1 hour. Pack jars with dill, sliced onion, and a grape-leaf. Pack in cucumbers, repeat dill, onions, and grape leaf. Pour brine on hot. *Grape-leaves keep the cucumbers crisp. Dill should be in immature state (seeds should be green and not filled out) for best flavor*
