3C Sugar
⅔C Cocoa
Salt
1½C Condensed Milk
¼C (half a stick) of Margarine
2t Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Butter the pan, cover the bottom of the pan with chopped walnuts if desired.
Mix sugar, cocoa & salt in a sauce pan. Add condensed milk & cook until the mixture forms a soft ball when dropped into cool water.
Remove from heat, add margarine & vanilla and let it cool - beating it with a spoon until it thickens. It will get dull when it is time to pour into the pan & refrigerate.
