2 lb. fresh shrimp
1 T. crushed garlic
½ c. red onion chopped fine
¼ c. fresh cilantro
1 ½ c. clamato juice
¼ c. ketchup
¼ c. fresh lime juice
1 serrano pepper finely chopped
¼ c. horseradish
1 t. salt (to taste)
2 avocados

Directions:

Boil shrimp. Cool, place in large bowl. Stir in garlic, onion, cilantro. Add all remaining ingredients except avacados. Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours. Add bite-sized chunks of avocado when ready to serve. Serve in cocktail glasses with a cocktail fork or spoon.
