PART #1:
1 pkg. EACH of Red, Lime-flavored,& Lemon Jello
24 Graham Crackers, crushed fine
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Melted Butter

PART #2
1 pkg. Unflavored Gelatin
1/4 cup Cold Water
1 cup unsweetened Pineapple Juice

1/2 pint Whipping Cream
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve each jello flavor separately in 1&1/2 cups hot water. Place each flavor
in an ice cube tray or small pan in refrigerator until set. The pans can be placed
in freezing compartment to hasten setting, but watch closely to keep from
freezing. When set, cut into small cubes.

Line an angel food cake pan(a two-piece one is best)with the following mixture(Part #1)
over the bottom & sides, saving back 1/3 of the mixture for sprinkling on top of cake.

Part #2
Dissolve unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water. Heat 1/4 cup pineapple juice. When hot,
add to dissolved gelatin. Add rest of pineapple juice & mix.

Part #3.... Whip the cream,sugar & vanilla until stiff. Fold this into pineapple mixture, Add
the jello cubes. Pour into the lined pan. Put remaining crumb mixture on top.
Chill for several hours, preferably overnight.
