1 Head lettuce
1 C Celery, diced
1 Green pepper, diced
1 Small red onion, chopped
½ C Cheddar cheese, grated (more is a good thing)
1 pkg. Frozen peas, cooked and drained and cooled
½ C Water chestnuts, chopped
Crisp bacon


2 C Mayo
1 C Sour cream
¾ Tbs Sugar
Lemon juice

* Layer veggies and cheese

* Mix the mayo, sour cream, sugar and lemon juice

* Toss salad with dressing

* Top with crispy bacon and an extra sprinkle of cheese
