4 Lamb shanks

1 C Ketchup
1 C Water
¼ C Brown sugar
½ C Red wine vinegar
1 C Sliced onion
2 t Dry mustard
2 t Salt
2 Tbs Worcestershire

Directions:
Directions:

*Dust shanks in flour

*Brown in oil and butter combo in oven top casserole

*Drain fat

*Combine and mix all other ingredients

*Add to shanks and simmer for 2 hrs. basting frequently
